Financing the transition of an already built digital monetary infrastructure towards a regulated, secure and marketable framework.
LiFiSe Finance is carrying a European digital monetary infrastructure project built around €CAÂ, a euro electronic money token project, and a non-custodial technology environment.
The technology, smart contracts, user journeys and technical beta already exist. The next phase consists of finalizing the regulatory, banking, operational and security prerequisites required for a commercial launch within the applicable framework.
Why now?
The Seed round finances the transition of an already built infrastructure towards a regulated organization capable of scaling up.
The funds will be allocated in particular to finalizing the EMI application, safeguarding of funds, security, compliance, the target organization and a progressive go-to-market, activated according to regulatory milestones.
