LiFiSe Finance initiates EMI authorization process with the ACPR

On June 1, 2026, LiFiSe Finance held a pre-contact meeting with the Fintech Innovation Unit of the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR), attended by its CEO and legal counsel. Following this exchange, the qualification of €CAÂ as an Electronic Money Token (EMT) within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) was confirmed. This represents a key milestone for the project.

Following observations made by the authority, LiFiSe Finance resolved on June 8, 2026 to apply for a full Electronic Money Institution (EMI) authorization, rather than a simplified regime. The authorization application is currently being finalized by the legal team. The objective is to submit the application to the ACPR before the third quarter of 2026. Obtaining the authorization is subject to ACPR approval and is not guaranteed.

In parallel, the company obtained on June 25, 2026 a positive advance tax ruling (ref. RI-2026-55) from the Departmental Directorate of Public Finances of the Drôme, confirming that token issuance operations fall outside the scope of VAT during the development phase. This project is conducted within the European regulatory framework of MiCA, DORA and KYC/AML.

Bilingual brochures including DTI ISO 24165 identifiers (ZJM19RHBC for the token, LS54M4GSV for the issuer) and MiCA regulatory disclaimers will be available at the stand.

The Patrimonia26 presence is part of the timeline for the ongoing Seed fundraising round (target: €1.5M). €CAÂ is an electronic money token whose issuance is subject to Electronic Money Institution (EMI) authorization, currently being finalized for submission and review by the ACPR.
